Ground Transport and Car Parking

As the airport straddles three countries, there are several public transportation options for the traveller. Train service is available at the SNCF railway station in Mulhouse, which can be reached by bus from the airport in about 30 minutes. Buses for Mulhouse depart every 60 to 90 minutes. Air Line bus number 50 and BVB bus number 30 both operate a route to Basel and the Basel Train Station, which takes about 20 minutes.
Freiburg can be reached by taking a Sudbaden Bus (SBG) and there is also a shuttle bus that goes to Colmar. There are ample taxis waiting to take passengers to all three cities. Taxi stands are situated in front of Arrivals, both on the Swiss and the French sides of the terminal.
EuroAirport Parking Facilities
Basel Mulhouse Freiburg EuroAirport has ample parking on both the French and Swiss sides of the terminal with more than 7,000 parking spaces. On the north side of the airport is the French sector. The multi-storey F1 car park and the F2 car park are both close to the terminal and are good for short-term parking. F3 is another public car park for short stays slightly further away, while F5 and F6 car parks offer long-term parking rates. On the southern Swiss side of the airport, there is the S1 multi-storey car park and the S2 car park, which are both located nearby the terminal and offer short-term parking. S3 car park is designated for long-term parking.
